Nurse
Appointments with the practice nurse are available on Monday mornings, Wednesday afternoons and Friday mornings. Her numerous tasks include infant and adult immunisations, holiday vaccinations, cervical smears, dressings, removal of stitches, ECGs, blood pressure monitoring, offering professional advice and organising clinics

The practice manager is responsible for the administration of the practice. She would be happy to hear your views and suggestions about the service offered by the practice.
Administration
Our administration team is responsible for patient referrals to community teams and hospitals, dealing with referral queries, dealing with patient records including summarising, financial claims and audit.
Reception
The receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide information on services and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query.
Our receptionists will assist you in making appointments, answering questions and offering help and assistance at all times. They also perform other important tasks such as taking messages and other information for the doctors, issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription queries, registering new patients and amending personal details.
Attached Staff
Attached staff including community nurses, midwife and counsellors provide services to our patients where appropriate following referral.
Health Visitors
A health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing.
